Scope of Work
- Removal and disposal of existing storefront system
- New aluminum storefront framing, anchored and sealed
- Tempered insulated glazing units throughout
- New commercial entrance door with closer and hardware
- Exterior sealing and interior finishing

The Approach
Storefront replacements live or die on sequencing. We pre-measured and ordered all framing and glass before touching the existing system, so the old storefront came out and the new one went in with the opening exposed for the shortest possible time.
The new entrance was set up with a code-compliant closer and hardware, and the completed system was sealed and water-tested before handover. The unit stayed open for business through most of the work.
